Donagh Crehe Preschool

Donagh Creche Preschool is an award- winning Childcare service based in Mullins, Carndonagh.  For over 23 years we have been offering high quality care and early years education to thousands of children and families in our local community.

Our setting prides itself on offering modern spacious single streamed classrooms that cater for children between the ages of 1-5 years.  We offer 2 years of ECCE sessional classes for both Junior & Senior Preschool will wrap around daily part time care available.  We also offer a Toddler Unit for children aged 1-2 years old.  Each learning environment is designed to offer a warm and stimulating environment that is responsive to each child’s interests and individual needs.

Donagh Creche also boasts three large outdoor play areas which promote well-being and have a sensory play focus.  Children have access to an outdoor play area in all weathers due to a large covered outdoor classroom.  Donagh Creche’s learning through play approach is underpinned by the national early years curriculum Aistear which is continued in the first 2 years of Primary School.

Donagh Creche is fully compliant with all Tusla regulations and standards.  We offer Childcare subsidies for all families by offering 2 years Free Preschool years and accepting subsidies offered to all families through the National Childcare Scheme.

Our Opening Hours are 9am-2pm, Monday – Friday, August to June.
