Inishowen Yoga

Inishowen Yoga is an eco yoga studio, home to outdoor yoga experiences in the un-spoilt scenery of Inishowen. Breathe in the raw beauty of Inishowen’s award winning green flag Barrack Hill Park and the blue flag beach of Culdaff where you can enjoy a swim after your practice. Recharge and nurture your body in the studio or online and relax your mind with guided breathwork and meditation.

In the classes you’ll find a particular focus on the anatomy and physiology of yoga, breathwork and how it can guide yoga practice and how to enjoy improved overall mental and physical health. I enjoy holding space for people of all abilities in the community and visitors to the area and I love helping people find space in their bodies and minds. Movement is medicine, I look forward to practicing with you.
